From Industrial Heritage to Innovation Epicenter

Five years ago, we made the conscious choice to relocate Unknown Group’s headquarters back to The Hague, committed to transforming the Binckhaven into the launchpad for the city’s and Europe’s new economy. In just 2.5 years, Titaan evolved from an empty industrial hall into a vibrant 13,000 m² clubhouse, currently housing more than 150 impact-driven startups and scale-ups solving global challenges.

Our ambitions go much further. This new ecosystem investment provides the momentum needed to expand toward a 100,000 m² Impact Campus. Moving beyond theory, we focus on real-world execution: giving innovators the testing grounds to trial solutions directly in the urban environment and scale them globally.

Preserving the Gritty Edge

As aptly stated: “Buildings alone do not make a community”. A district built solely for housing turns lifeless after dark. That is why we are dedicated to protecting the raw, industrial DNA and manufacturing fabric of the area:

The trust and financial support from both the MRDH and the Municipality validate this collective course. Together, we are preserving the maker economy while shaping a vibrant district driven by culture, talent, and purposeful enterprise.
